In this training, teachers will gain knowledge on the benefits of using visual supports in the early childhood classrooms. They will also learn different ways visual supports can help both individual children or groups of children in the classroom. Participants will also be able to find resources for creating and implementing visual supports in early childhood classrooms.

4b: Understand and use teaching skills that are responsive to the learning trajectories of young children and to the needs of each child, recognizing that differentiating instruction, incorporating play as a core teaching practice, and supporting the development of executive function skills are critical for young children. (1 Hour)
