Summary
To provide an understanding of the autism spectrum including some of the key deficits that impact learning and social interaction. This workshop will provide teachers with teaching strategies to teach to the spectrum.
Description
The prevalence of autism is on the rise. In order to support these children and families, it is important to begin with an understanding in mind.
This session provides an understanding of what autism is, how it is diagnosed, and it's impact on families.
