This module, Embracing Diversity, will focus on how to embrace diversity while creating family partnerships. Forming partnerships with some families is easy, but with other families, it may be more challenging. Some families may not speak English (or may not speak well enough to be comfortable to communicate in English). Some families may have a child with a disability. Child care and early learning professionals need to build a diverse program to support children and their families.
