ASAP - 1st Quarter “Conflict is Common – Resolution is Revolutionary”

Want to see less conflict in your program? Could older children do a better job as role models? In this workshop you will explore the principals of conflict resolution and engage in activities that you can use to create greater respect and more active peacemaking among children in your program. You will learn strategies for guiding older children to act as servant leaders helping younger children get along and solve problems collaboratively.
